We have been busy with testing out the new pinon shelling equitment on both species of American Pinon Pine.

I have about 60 lbs left of SHELLED NEVADA PINE NUT KERNELS from these tests on .www.pinenut.com

No other nuts are processed with this sheller. These will work for allergy testing. The nuts were harvested 2020 and shelled in January. We are hopeful of lower pricing and more availablity of shell free kernels in the late fall of 2021.
