These pinon nuts, once roasted have a shelf life of up to 3 years. Nevada soft shell sold out, awhile back and we are offer this special closeout on the hardshell.

Roasted at 350 for about 10 minutes, in oven or skillet. Stir often. Cover with a towel and crack all at once with a rolling pin. A complete protein and amazingly rich in oils.
