We have been busy with testing out the new pinon shelling equitment on both species of American Pinon Pine. I have about 60 lbs left of SHELLED NEVADA PINE NUT KERNELS from these tests on .www.pinenut.com No other nuts are processed with this sheller. These will work for allergy testing. The nuts were harvested 2020 and shelled in January. We are hopeful of lower pricing and more availablity of shell free kernels in the late fall of 2021. Hello  Everyone, It has been one of the most interesting harvests in last 25 years: SOFT SHELL COMMERCIAL HARVEST (P. Monophylla) Nevada and Western Utah failed to produce any substantial harvest. Commercial pickers teamed up in the single USFS area with only marginal pine cones producing about a 1/10 of what would normally be sold on the retail market.
