DIY - Distill Essential Oils and Hydrosols in your kitchen with common kitchen tools (no cost or low cost)

A lady from the Bay area called me about packaging our witch hazel products. She spent a good deal of energy educating me about plastics. While I was grateful, it is heavy stuff. I promised the gal, I would blog about how making one own distillation unit from common kitchen tools. It is really pretty easy It is great for a small distillation. But, I am not the distiller. George is the distiller and a very fine one. He also works with Geodesic Design and most recently engineered and manufactured with a contractor, The American Pine Nut Sheller. He found a special medium in which shataki mycilium thrive, he designed a personal emergency shelter system
Portable, light weight emergency shelter waterproof and warm
for cold or damp climates, completely recyclable, and affordable for six to ten years. Also, designed his personal, sizable P.D.U.
He is indeed, a most talented and wonderful man. I asked George to post,as he is the MAN...... Please , subscribe to our feed, or check back again soon. "George's Distillation in a Hot Pot - Essential Oils and Floral Water made on your kitchen stove."

In the off season, we own a certified organic wild crops farm in Missouri. We produce witch hazel hydrosol and work with other small farmers and forest land owners in building income resources from wild harvested plants and fruits. Non -timber forest products or special forest products. We teach distillation theory and assist people via workshops in building their own stills for home use.
